少し時間が空いてしまいましたが、蒲郡からシドニーの回航の写真をfacebookアルバムにアップしました！
I uploaded the photos of the delivery sailing from Japan to Sydney on our facebook page!

まゆこです。

お休みにも関わらず、出迎えに来てくれた、ヤードのジョンが、
ヤードの中を案内してくれました。マンモス級にでかいヤードです。
John from the yard took us around the facility. Humongous place!






通りがかった全身鏡の前で、30日ぶりに見る自分の変わり果てた姿に戸惑う人。
Ken in front of the mirror is supprised by himself who has changed a lot after 30 days.



自分たちがどんな顔かまだよく分からずふざけて写真を撮る2人。
Jin and Mayuko who have not found how they look after 30days.



夜ご飯はダーリングハーバーのレストランで念願の牡蠣！冷えたビール！冷えた白ワイン！パン！しゃきっとした野菜！うまい！
Dinner at a restaurant along the Darling Harbor. 
Raw oyster, cold beer and white wine, white bread, and fresh vegetables!!!!
Yum!!!!



この日は花火も上がってました。すごい人。観光地ですね。
There were fireworks at the harbor. A lot of people!!


それにしてもシドニー物価が高い！！
コンビニで500のペットボトル水と小袋のアーモンド買って9ドルって！
あと1ヶ月生きていけません。。。
By the way, prices in Sydney are so expensive. 9AUD only for 500ml water and a small bag of almonds!!
How can I survive in this city for next one month?

昨日の到着前後の様子をもう少し詳しく。
I'd like to write about more about the arrival.



Port Jackson入港後はこんな感じでシドニーの街が見えてきます。橋の左に見えるのはオペラハウス！
ミーハーですが、超有名なシンボルを実際に見ると興奮してきます。
After entering Port Jackson, we saw the city of Sydne. You can see the Opera House next to the bridge! We all got excited to see the famous symbol of the city.



自国の旗をスタンに。
We  put up our country flag on stern.




そしてポート側には訪問国の旗、スタボ側には検疫を受けるためのQ旗。
Also, Australian flag on the port and Q flag for quarantine on starboard.



まずはカスタムとイミグレーション。飛行機の時と同じような紙をみんな一生懸命書いています。
次は検疫に移動。
の前に、、、、
First, Customs and Immigration. We wrote the same document when we fly.
Then headed to Quarantine....before that.....




シドニーホバートレースのスタート海面近辺を通過。
土曜日の昼間、色んなレースが湾内で開催されててにぎやかでした。
We passed the start area of the Sydney Hobart Race.
There were a lot of yacht races taking place as it was Saturday.




検疫はCYCA（シドニーホバートレースをホストしているヨットクラブ）のポンツーンにて。
We were quarantined at a dock of CYCA.




休日出勤のお兄ちゃんは相当やる気ない感じでした。
色々心配しましたが、結局生鮮食品（残ったたまねぎとニンニク）と牛乳のみ没収。
それ以外は問題ありませんでした。
それにしても、検疫に600ドル近くかかりました。本来は400ドルくらいみたいなのですが、週末料金で＋200ドル。
検疫のお兄ちゃん、会って一番に「お金かかること、知ってる・・・かな・・・？」って聞いてきました。
お金がかかること知らない船が多く、検疫時にあまりの高さに驚かれることがよくあるそうです。

Contrary to our expectation, quarantine only took leftover vegetables (onions and garlic) and milk. The young officer seemed he doesn't feel like working as he had to work on weekend.
By the way, we had to pay about 600 AUD for quarantine......we usually had to pay around $400, but since it was on weekend, we had to pay extra 200. The officer told me that telling people that the quarantine takes money is the hardest part as people usually do not know about it.

ヤードはもうすぐそこ。
We are getting close to the yard. 



古い回転橋を抜けてSydney City Marineに到着です。
Passing the middle of the old bridge then arriving Sydney City Marine.




ヤードの担当者ジョンとヤードのオーナーのシド・フィッシャー。
この方、相当有名な方です。（・・・って聞いて初めて知ったのですが。。。）
John from the yard and the owner, Syd Fischer, weldomed us.


昨日はふざけた到着写真を載せてしまったのでマジメなのも。

まゆこです

昨日入港後、カスタム、イミグレ、検疫を経て、ベンガルが停泊＆整備予定のSydney City Marineにお昼過ぎに無事到着しました。到着の投稿をする予定でしたが、ちょうど大きな橋の下に係留したせいか、インマルが衛星を探せず（？）インターネットにつなげられませんでした。ということで投稿が今日になってしまいましたが、クルー5名とも怪我なく、船体も大きな損傷なく無事シドニーに到着。早速今日から回航の片付けさることながら、レースの準備に入ってます。

We arrived at Sydney City Marine where we fit and maintain the boat yesterday after clearing Customs, immigration, and Quarantine. I was going to report the arrival but couldn't because the satellite phone could not find a satellite (maybe) as we moor the boat under the big bridge.
We already started workin today, taking out all the stuff for the inclination.

まゆこです。
ちょうど今Port Jacksonに入りました。あと1時間ちょっとで入国手続きをする港に入ります。
We just enterd Port Jackson. We will be arriving at the port where we clear
the customs in 1-2hour.

今日はちょっと早めの朝ごはん（まだ船内は日本時間で動いているので。。。）
We had early breakfast today (we still live with JST time)

洗濯したいし、全身も丸洗いしたいし、生ものも食べたいし、、、、やりたいことがいっぱいです。
I want to wash clothes, whole body.....everything, and want to eat raw and
fresh foods!

また到着レポートします！
I'll report the arrival.
